Timothy Bushfield, M.Div.(IP), B.Ed., B.Sc.H.
Lead Pastor
Tim has been on staff at Community Church for four years, beginning as a volunteer worship leader, then taking on an associate pastoral position, and accepting a call to the responsibility of lead pastor in September of 2005. Tim has his B.Ed. from Queen's University, in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, as well as a B.Sc.H. in biology and geography. Prior to coming to Gloucester, Tim taught high school science in Ottawa, Canada. He has extensive ministry experience with InterVarsity, pastoral internships, summer camp ministry, college ministry teams, and wilderness camping ministries prior to coming to seminary and this church. He is currently working on his M.Div. at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, but over the last few years, he has chosen to slow down his degree in order to allow for involvement in ministry at the church. He hopes to graduate by 2028. He is married to Joanna, and they have three children: Justin, Tessa, and Jerermiah.
Justin Frank, B.A., M.Div.

Justin joined the pastoral ministry team in February of 2006, after jumping in to help out in an interim position across the fall as the church transitioned into new leadership. He has his BA in Social Science from Portland State University in Portland, Or, and his M.Div. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, which he completed in 2004. His ministry foci include preaching, children's Sunday School, and community outreach through mercy and compassion ministry, as well as participation in the Global Outreach ministry team. Justin's ministry experience includes involvement in inner-city ministry in Boston, as well as ongoing pastoral and preaching experiences throughout his time at seminary. Justin is married to Kellie, and they have a son, Addison. They live in Gloucester.
