Facilities Improvement Team (FIT)

Indoor Projects;

-       Clean windows in the church building {plexi glass windows use non-Ammonia cleaner only} __________________, __________________ 

-       Finish painting balcony trim board [white] ____________________, ____________________

-       Replace broken window weight ropes in Sunday School / Nursery windows ____________________  ____________________

-       Test the Emergency Lights and EXIT signs throughout the building _____________________  ______________________

-       Replace old ceiling tiles around edges in Katie’s office area  ____________________          _______________________

-       Clean ceiling corners in all the stairways and hallways of cobwebs ____________________________  ________________________

-       Install new sink sprayer in kitchen 3-bay sinks _______________________  _______________________,

-       Rebuild the ceiling tiles around window in the nursery, by driveway  _______________________  _______________________

-       Paint baptism tank cover same as wall color ____________________, _______________________

Outdoor Projects;

- Clean exterior windows on first floor level and sanctuary level {plexi glass windows use non-Ammonia cleaner only}

- Clean and maintain the gardens in front of the church and parsonage during summer {ongoing throughout the summer}                 

            - Stain the front family yard picket fence – sand first then stain _______________________  ______________________

            - Stain the back 6’ family yard fence – sand first then stain same color as front fence ___________________  ____________________

            - Clean up small branches on the ground around the church and parsonage property _________________ _____________________

            - Stain the youth group shed with water sealer product  ____________________, _________________, ____________

            - Sand and apply water sealer to fire pit benches ______________________,  _____________________, ____________

            - Replace fence post by parsonage back gate {3” x 5” x 8’ post by ShelterLogic shed}

            - Organize Shelter-logic shed so all equipment fits in neatly __________________ __________________

            - Reinstall sanctuary window screens, using “L” brackets [after windows cleaned]  ___________________  ___________________

            - Trim bushes back to fence line around parking lot area and family yard area
