Sing, ye heavens, and earth, reply, Al - le - lu - ia!

Lives again our glorious King, Al - le - lu - ia!
Where, O death, is now thy sting? Al - le - lu - ia!
Dying once He all doth save, Al - le - lu - ia!
Where thy victory, O grave? Al - le - lu - ia!

Love’s redeeming work is done, Al - le - lu - ia!

“What More Could be Done?”

Leader: Christ is Risen! 

Response:  He is risen indeed! 

Leader: The conqueror, Jesus marches forth. He bursts the bands of death, He tramples the powers of darkness down, and forever He will live and He will reign, For Christ is risen! 

Response:  He is risen indeed! 

Leader: He has paid our debt, He has taken from death it’s sting. In Christ we died, in Christ we rose; In His life, we live, In His victory, we triumph, For Christ is risen! 

Response:  He is risen indeed! 

Leader: Once, no shame was deeper than His. No agony more bitter, No death more cruel. Now, no exaltation is more high, No life more glorious, No advocate more effective. For Christ is risen!

Then on the third at break of dawn
The Son of heaven rose again
