2021 Coastal Cleanup Results

Thank you to everyone who came out to clean our coastline! Thanks to Gloucester DPW for once again coordinating with us, and for picking up all the bags of trash after we finished.

Here’s the full tally that we’re reporting back to Ocean Conservancy and CoastSweep. We also have tally data sheets that breakdown the trash into categories (food wrappers, plastic bottles, straws, cigarette butts, etc.). Once again, there was more trash than we thought there would be. So lets get out there - and don't let this be the only day that we stop to care for God's beautiful creation here in Gloucester!
