Cindy’s Seaside Crab Dip
INGREDIENTS
8 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp milk
6.5 oz can crabmeat
2 tbsp chopped onion (or onion flakes)
3/4 tsp horseradish
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper
1/3 cup slivered almonds
assorted crackeres
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine all ingredients except the almonds and blend well.
Spoon into an 8 x 8 dish or 8-inch round baking dish.
Sprinkle with slivered almonds and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serve with crackers.
NOTE: May use two smaller baking dishes; heat the first one and serve, then heat the second while the first is being served so that the appetizer will always be eaten while warm.
