Cindy’s Seaside Crab Dip

INGREDIENTS


  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 1 tbsp milk

  • 6.5 oz can crabmeat

  • 2 tbsp chopped onion (or onion flakes)

  • 3/4 tsp horseradish

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • dash pepper

  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds

  • assorted crackeres

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Combine all ingredients except the almonds and blend well.

  3. Spoon into an 8 x 8 dish or 8-inch round baking dish.

  4. Sprinkle with slivered almonds and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

  5. Serve with crackers.

NOTE: May use two smaller baking dishes; heat the first one and serve, then heat the second while the first is being served so that the appetizer will always be eaten while warm.
